Operating Partner/ Multi-Unit General Manager - Street Taco

Kat is a native New Yorker and spent most of her early years between NYC and the Dominican Republic having attended a bi-lingual college prep high school. Kat began her career in Trade and Marketing after graduating FIT and was looking to explore opportunities within Fashion Operations. After working for notable brands Victoria Secret/The Limited and Guess, Kat soon started making the transition from retail fashion to hospitality and started working part time at Café Bari during school studies and decided to pursue a full-time career trajectory towards hospitality. 

Kat started working with Fox Lifestyle Hospitality working at White Oak Tavern in 2014 as part of the opening team in a Head Server/Captain role. Kat made quite the impression and was immediately asked to become a member of the management team. Through hard work, enthusiasm and dedication, Kat has worked her way through the ranks eventually becoming an Operating Partner & General Manager opening Street Taco in 2017.  Under her leadership, Street Taco has become a vibrant hot spot among Taco Enthusiast!
